In 2004, BGW hosted his first disco (and karaoke) at the City College Norwich Bar where he volunteered as a favour to the President of the Student Union at the time and was later offered the opportunity to host on a regular basis. For the next few years, BGW hosted events in a variety of settings, from modest pubs to opulent wedding receptions at famous venues (including the marquee at Sprowston Manor Hotel).
A genuine love for music let him stay in the field and keep dance floors busy with a diverse variety of people – from schoolchildren to grandparents – by combining that with wide, eclectic expertise.
BGW is based in Norwich and is ready to travel to any Norfolk or Suffolk venue. Whatever happens at your event, the only thing that matters to BGW is that the music is perfect for you. You’re paying for a service, so if there’s a specific genre or artist that you enjoy, everything possible is done to obtain the music and personalise the playlist to your tastes. He can also alter the disco set up to fill a stage or fit into a tight corner, depending on your event and venue requirements.
