Doubletree HIlton - September 2017

My daughter and her fianc first met Zoe at a wedding fayre. They were impressed by the playing and thought that this would make a very different addition to their recent wedding day in September 2017. Zoe was easy to deal with and assisted in the choices of music. On the day Zoe played during the ceremony and then as background music during the reception. This was a great accompaniment, particularly as Zoe played well known tunes and even some requests.

Zoe played the harp for our wedding in March and it was absolutley beautiful. She played all the songs we asked for and our guests commented on how lovely it was to have something different like this for the ceremony. Zoe was very professional and and It all went very smoothly.

Wedding

Thank YOU so much Zoe, it was really lovely. Granted i did miss most of you, but Stephen was actually choked up at the surprise of you playing, particularly when you played 1000 years. We were meant to get married last October so that his sister could be there – we found out she had terminal cancer in June last year, but she passed away in September, hence we had to postpone. That song was very special to Stephen as it reminded him of his sister. It was like she was there with us when you played

Beautiful music

Zoe played at our wedding reception on Saturday 2nd June. We left the choice of music to Zoe and she played a mixture of classical and modern pieces. She played the harp beautifully and created a wonderful atmosphere which our guests were delighted with. Zoe was very approachable and friendly and we really enjoyed having her there.
She always communicated promptly and was a pleasure to meet.
We could not recommend her highly enough. She was amazing!

What to Expect

Zoe’s harp, with its extended soundboard, naturally produces a rich and resonant sound, so amplification is optional depending on the event size and location.

For events in Norwich, Cambridge, or Colchester, Zoe will travel to your venue and ensure she arrives at least 30 minutes before the performance time. This allows her to tune the harp and position it in the optimal place for the best sound.

If you’ve selected the option of an electric harp, please ensure that a plug socket is available to provide the necessary power for amplification.

For outdoor events, Zoe kindly requests that a cover be provided to protect the harp’s wooden components from direct sunlight and weather, ensuring it remains in pristine condition throughout the performance.

Additional Options

An additional hour of playing

Playing for an extra hour
£ 100

Rider Requirements

  • The full-size concert has no extra requirements. For the electric harp, I would require a plug socket.
