About - Sugar Free
Sugar Free Streetdance was introduced to the Goodman Dance Centre in Dartford twelve years ago by Louise Carlier. Louise has been a part of the school for 31 years and was herself a successful Freestyle dancer winning numerous titles under the guidance of Len. Louise and Len For the past 21 years Louise has been a teacher at Goodman's, enjoying tremendous success in Freestyle before taking up the fresh challenge of Streetdance in 1996. Louise formed her first group, "Sugar Free", in 1996 and they remain unbeaten in all domestic competition to this day, and placing 3rd in the IDO World Hip-Hop Championships in Germany in June 2008. Now with title winning groups and teams in all age categories, Germany saw all three of her groups, that were representing England, make their respective age group World Final, a feat that no other country, let alone school, was able to achieve. In 2008 Sugar Free Streetdance won no less than 8 UK Titles at the UK Championships in the Solos, Doubles, Groups and Team events. As a result we had over 30 dancers representing England at the European Championships in Denmark in October 2008
